Standard Requirements:

• One completely filled out Visa Application Form for the P.R. China (Q-1).
• One recently taken 2X2 in. photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form. (Background in white)
• Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
• A check payable to "Kings Vacation", with the amount on the type of service you select.

Special Requirements:

• An applicant born in China who is applying for a Chinese visa with his or her new foreign passport is required to submit his or her Chinese passport or last foreign passport.
• A child (under age of 18) of Chinese descent and born in foreign country who applies for a Chinese visa for the first time is required to submit his or her Birth Certificate and foreign passport or foreign permanent resident permit (e.g. Green Card) of one of his or her parents.

Applicants qualified for 1 year multiple entries
(Passport valid for at least 1 year)
(In some cases, the consulate may only approve for single entry even you apply for multiple)

• American passports holder with the Place of Birth is printed as China;
• Applicant with house property certificate to prove that he or she has house property in china;
• Applicant with a record of multi-entry tourist visas.

Non-US passport holder

• Proof of your stay in China, for example: hotel voucher, friend or relative invitation letter to state you will stay in their home, etc....

• It takes 3-4 weeks for us to process your visa application starts from the date we receive your application package. (This does not include the shipping time you mail the package to us.) To prevent delay on your application, please double check to make sure you have included all necessary documents. • The above service fee has include the visa fee collected by the China consulate and $45 service fee by Kings Vacation. In addition to the fees list above, please include extra $20 next day delivery shipping fee per package. For example, if it is one single entry visa with US passport, the check amount should be $195 ($175 + $20); if it is two entry visas with non-US passport, the check amount should be $130 ($110 + $20).
• When you mail the visa application to us, please use the mailing service with tracking function, ONLY these 4 methods are recommended, FedEx, UPS, DHL and Postal office's Express Mail. Your passport is an very important document.
